Printed magnetic door signs for cars, vans and light trucks — company name, phone number and logo on a vehicle you do not want to letter permanently. They lift off in seconds for the school run or the end of a lease and go back on for the working day, with nothing stuck to the paint.

Printed on 0.030" (30 mil) magnetic sheet, the weight that holds at highway speed on a flat steel door. Panels are ordered from a set size list running from 9 x 9 up to 24 x 72 inches, so you can take a pair of small door signs or step up to something that reads across a car park. Every panel is finished with a laminate over the print — gloss for depth and colour, matte where headlight and sun glare are a problem, or anti-graffiti for a hard face that scrubs clean.

You receive finished, ready-to-place panels; add a contour cut if you want rounded or shaped edges rather than a plain rectangle. Two honest limits before you order: magnets only grip steel, so aluminium and composite doors — common on newer vans and pickups — will not hold them, and the door has to be flat where the panel sits, since swage lines and rubbing strips break contact and let air under an edge. Take them off about once a week, wipe the magnet and the paint, and let both dry before refitting.

Use the product template or file setup guide when one is provided.
Remove all hidden layers, guides, dielines or artwork that is not intended to print.
Submit each project as a single, print-ready PDF. For multi-page files, all pages should be the same size and placed in the correct order.
Make sure the file dimensions and orientation match the product being ordered.
Avoid placing borders too close to the finished edge, as minor movement during trimming may make them appear uneven.
For bleed, follow the margins provided in the product template. Keep important text, logos and design elements safely inside the trim line.
Artwork should be high resolution, set to CMYK and supplied at 300 DPI whenever possible.
Use C0, M0, Y0, K100 for small black text. For larger areas of deep black, use C30, M20, Y20, K100.
Convert all fonts to outlines or ensure they are properly embedded in the PDF.
Review your artwork carefully before uploading. Files are printed using the information provided, and colour may appear differently on screen than it does in print.

White Text on Black Backgrounds Small or thin white text placed over a rich black background may fill in or become difficult to read during printing. For better results, use a minimum font size of 8 pt and avoid extremely thin lettering or lines. File requirements may vary by product.
